A plan is only the start.

A downloaded routine stays the same. Coaching responds to your progress, schedule, feedback and changing needs—so you are never left guessing.

02

Direct support

1-on-1 coaching, form feedback and accountability from Ant throughout the process.

03

Generic plan → personalized progression

Your workouts, feedback, nutrition guidance and next steps stay connected. That is the difference between having exercises and having a coach.

Movement and functional progress

One client’s individual coaching journey focused on movement, balance and everyday capability while living with MS. Coaching did not treat or cure MS.

Health screening & liability waiver

Complete both items before beginning coaching. These forms help Ant coach responsibly; they do not replace medical advice or medical clearance.

1. Physical Activity Readiness

Complete the current official PAR-Q+ screening. If your answers indicate that more guidance is needed, pause and obtain appropriate advice or clearance before beginning or increasing physical activity.

Stop and seek urgent medical help for emergency symptoms such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting or other serious symptoms.

2. Informed consent & waiver

I understand that exercise involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, disability and, in rare cases, death. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept the risks associated with training.

  • I will disclose relevant health conditions, symptoms, medications, injuries and limitations.
  • I will stop exercise and notify Ant if I experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or concerning symptoms.
  • Ant.Get.Fit provides fitness coaching, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
  • I understand results are individual and are not guaranteed.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Anthony Navarro and Ant.Get.Fit from claims arising from ordinary risks of voluntary participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

Questions, answered

Know what to expect.

Is online coaching right for beginners?

Yes. Your plan starts at your current experience level, and Ant helps you understand the exercises, structure and progression.

Do I need a gym?

Not necessarily. Programming can be built around the equipment and space you actually have access to.

What if I have previous injuries or movement limitations?

Share them during intake. Ant can account for known limitations and use corrective-exercise-focused strategies when appropriate. Coaching is not medical treatment; obtain medical clearance when needed.

How does nutrition coaching work?

You receive practical nutrition guidance that supports your goals and fits your routine. It is coaching and education—not medical nutrition therapy.

How often is my program adjusted?

Your progress and feedback are reviewed regularly, with week-to-week adjustments when your performance or needs call for them.

What happens after I pay?

You complete the waiver and intake, connect with Ant, receive FitPros access, and begin your personalized coaching plan.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?

Meaningful change takes consistency. Three months gives enough time to learn the system, build momentum and make informed adjustments.

What is the difference between Basic and Pro?

Basic covers personalized training, nutrition, feedback and accountability. Pro adds deeper movement and corrective-exercise focus, athlete progression and expanded support.
